During my last few days, the Jacob, Lazaro and Yaledi drove me out to see the land that they had purchased. It was in a very picturesque area, surrounded by mountains in the distance – but ok I thought -a large block of land. I asked them how often they had visited the land since they had bought it in 2018 – about 50 times was the reply!

I started to take photos as they talked to the many Massi people who came over for a chat. And as they pointed out the boundaries to me, I could envisage the buildings from the Engineers Plans. I began to see not just a piece of dirt, but their joy, their pride, and their dreams.

I came home exhausted – it was all very different from my previous trips.

But this is still just the beginning – let me achieve what they dream of – I believe in them, and I believe in my dream!
