Governance
We will ensure the continuation of robust corporate governance practices including:

Maintaining a diverse Board of Directors, which will include members with financial qualifications and previous directorship training and experience.

Transacting exclusively with a single Tanzanian government-controlled NGO to manage continuing disbursement of funds to the school  and the building project.

Ensuring there are strong controls over the receipt and payment of funds, and transparent accounting and reporting of all financial transactions.

Continuing to engage a specialist professional services provider when necessary to help the organisation manage its compliance framework, meet legislative requirements, and provide other ongoing support where required.

Ensure that the legal requirements and standards required by all oversight authorities are consistently met.
